QTV - An environmentally friendly Asian-European Youth Project, co-organized by Quang Ninh Provincial Youth Union and the Vietnam Youth Exchange and Activities Organizing Centre, is taking place in Quang Ninh from August 17th to 23rd.

The project aims to develop youth awareness about environmental issues in the locality and enhance
the understanding and co-operative relationships and friendship between Vietnamese youngsters and
international friends.

Within the framework of the project, 36 members from Lithuania, China, Spain, Germany and Vietnam will take a tour to get a better understanding of Dong Trieu District.
